MAINE HOME SALES: In a press release to the media, MREIS reports the median sales price for an existing home in Maine increased 4.24% comparing December 2010 to December 2009. In that same time period, unit homes sold decreased 10.68%. For the full year 2010, unit home sales in Maine decreased 2.6% compared with 2009; and the 2010 statewide median sales price of $168,750 is 2.9% higher than in 2009.
